The Intermec 6920 Communication Server is an interactive store and forward communications software package to manage the exchange of data between mobile computers and a server host. The 6920 Server also provides device configuration and software management capabilities that allow you to control the software on your population of mobile computers. It is the easy migration path for previous generations of mobile communications systems. The client/server-based system provides flexible host-to-mobile device connectivity. The 6920 Communication Server provides mobile client support for devices running Pocket PC, Windows CE, Windows 9X, MS-DOS, and PL/N operating systems.
