ZOOMSWITCH TRAINER

The ZoomSwitch Trainer is a simple-to-use wireless or corded training adapter / switch that enables managers and supervisors an easy way to listen in and monitor employees' calls. When used with one or two wireless office headsets, the ZoomSwitch Trainer allows employees and employers to train with a second person monitoring without sacrificing mobility. Setup is quick and easy. Plug the wireless or corded headset into the adapter for normal one-on-one conversations. When a second headset (corded OR wireless) is plugged into the adapter, either or both microphones can be muted with the push of a button.
